Present at the meeting: Rich Polulak, Lloyd Langdon, Don Naylor, Karen DeNap, Tim Myers, Chris Jacobson, Christiane Wilzura
Orders of business:
Introduction of Christiane Wilzura with brief background
Discussed benefits for Bocce Ball at July 2^nd Chota Party.  Good exposure and good marketing.  Parks and Rec on our side.  Larissa in charge of Chota and Trey in charge of Wellness Center.
Chris is on Advisory Committee for Parks & Recreation which gives the Bocce Club a heads up on what is taking place.  Chris currently reducing large list to manageable size (people that have responded that they are interested; 175 persons).  Lloyd to post contact list on website. 
Don expressed interest in extending the pallino line past the 2^nd line to open up the game a little bit.  Also, players will get used to throwing the pallino further down the court so when we get full sized courts, players will be used to throwing it further.  The Board took a vote and the new rule was passed unanimously. 
League Schedule – one person come up with options for schedules.  Chris to set league schedule according to responses from emails.  How many leagues do we have?  Put together 4 person teams, 2x per week on Mondays and Wednesdays.  New League plan – Fall League in September; Monday, September 7^th?  Monday and Wednesday.
Open Play / Orientations – Discuss Drop-in play and specific times for Orientation sessions
Put together list of what annual dues provide:  improvements, maintenance         of courts, parties and events.  Tim and Christiane will establish fees and see about Wellness Center memberships?  Christane to establish bank account with multiple people to sign checks. 
Long Range Plans – Bocce Plex?  Initiate Fund Raisers.  Establish periodic challenges.   Big Community picture.  Fund raising should be 30% from outside sources and 70% within club (donations, contributions.
Kick off Meeting – Wednesday, July 22^nd in Room D reserved at Chota,  5-6:30pm (room reserved until 7pm) with screen and projector.  Don putting together agenda for Kick Off meeting.
