review the Treasurer Responsibilities document as proposed by Christiane. Comments/ Edit??

1. Discuss the Financial Policies and Procedures documents developed by Christiane. Each of these proposed policies are important for a matter of Bocce Club record as we formalize our club standing and apply for 501(c7) status.
2. Discuss current Finances as collected to date  and expenses to be paid out.
3. Prepare for July 22^nd Kick off meeting:
   1. Review each slide prepared by Don
   1. Modify and edit for effectiveness
   1. Add additional content as might be appropriate
   1. Determine speaker flow and presentation plan
   1. Timing of presentation
   1. Anticipated questions / responses
4.  Refreshments as suggested??
5.  Status update of Bocce League play/ teams/ schedule
