- What Board positions will we have. Proposed – President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secratary, Membership Director, Web Master/Communications/Information Officer. (Discussion, Vote, all)
- Should the League/Tournament Director and Court/Facilities manager be voting positions on the Board. (Discussion, Vote, All)
- Should we add non-voting members such as Team Captain representative, Membership Representative as positions in the club (requires modification of the proposed by-laws). Should they have a non voting seat on the board and be able to part in discussions about decisions. (Discuss, Vote, All)
- Review progress on action item to get tables with brochures, banners and cards at all upcoming New Villager Meetings (first Tuesday of the month) and TVRA Meetings second Tuesday of the month at the Yacht Club. Related Staffing schedule needs to be developed!! (Update from Don)
- Accounting of funds recieved to date. (Chris)
- Transfer funds and treasury position to Christiane. (Richard)

- Solidify plans for July 2nd event at the Chota Recreation Center (Who, What, When, Where). The Bocce Board will attend and set up a table, banners, business cards and actively solicit new members. (Discuss, All)
- Plan/Schedule Club meeting to roll out our board, summer schedule, membership fees, explanation of spending costs to date and anticipated planned events, etc. (Discuss, ALL)
